Payment Options
Client can pay via Vagaro site with a Credit Card. Clients have the option to pay for a single service, gift certificate and/or service package using Sezzle, Affirm or Pay Later options.
NO REFUNDS ON THIS PAYMENT OPTION.
Products
Products are only available for current/established clients to purchase. No returns or exchanges as the products should already be proven to work for the client based on the esthetician's recommendation and/or prior service results.
Returned Payments
There will be a $35 convenience fee for returned payments. Plan will not be paused and services will not be rendered until the fee is paid.
Package Requirements
Any packages must be purchased by current clients. Facial packages are permitted after two services. 1st time clients can purchase massage packages. A notice will be submitted for signature to confirm policies have been read.
Transfers
Client must use service the month it is charged and can not gift it to another person. Packages can be transferred to another individual but can only be in use by one individual and transferred only once. An agreement will need to be signed by both individuals.
Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES, PREPAID SERVICES,SERVICES RENDERED,VOUCHERS,
PRODUCTS & SERVICE PACKAGES. NO CASH BACK ON UNUSED PORTIONS OF A SERVICE OR
PRODUCT PURCHASE. GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE 60 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE. VOUCHERS EXPIRE 120 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE AND THE VALUE NEVER EXPIRES.
SKIN CARE PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE ONCE THE DROP SHIPMENT ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND/OR SHIPMENT CONFIRMED.
